I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and EMDR trauma therapist working with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and reproductive mental health.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive care.
About SPWC
SPWC (Surrey Psychotherapy & Wellness Centre) was founded in 2025 with the intention of creating a counselling space that feels culturally aware, relational, and grounded in lived experience.
The clinic aims to offer therapy that considers the whole person — culture, family, identity, and story — not just symptoms, with a long-term vision of building a team of clinicians who bring both strong clinical training and meaningful lived experience into their work.
Your first few sessions might feel like this
You won’t be expected to share everything right away.
We move at your pace, and what you choose to share is always respected.
You’ll have space to talk without needing to explain everything perfectly.
Sometimes it takes time to find the right words, and that’s okay.
Together, we make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
Without pressure to “fix” anything immediately.
